What we collect

• What you type into the enquiry form: name, phone or email, the service and budget you pick, and your message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• Basic, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) if analytics is switched on.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, set up a call, and send a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else sees it

Your details are stored with the services we use to run the business, such as our email and form provider. They are not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@clickandco.in and we will reply within 7 working days. This policy is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
