The brief

A new phone-skin brand on a slow WordPress and WooCommerce shop, with no sales yet. It needed a brand, a store built to sell on mobile, and its first customers.

What we did

1. 01Design: brand look, product photography direction and a mobile-first store design
2. 02Development: a custom storefront on Next.js and Supabase with Razorpay checkout, replacing WooCommerce
3. 03Model and design pickers so a customer finds their exact phone in a few taps
4. 04Growth plan: a launch plan across social media, search and paid ads, with purchase tracking set up before launch
